My passion is to see leaders, organisations and communities realise their full potential so that they can change things for good. I love helping leaders see who they really are, and to express their leadership courageously in their context. I enjoy doing this in a variety of situations in the developed and the developing world.

 

Sixteen years in challenging leadership roles (5 years as an officer in the military, and 11 years in board & executive roles in the pharmaceutical industry & Not For Profit) taught me to recognise what it feels like to lead well and to make a real difference ...  they also taught me to recognise when this is not happening. Along the way, I learnt to prioritise living out my values.

 

I have spent the last 20 years as a leadership coach & consultant working with leaders and their teams in a wide range of corporate, Not For profit & private clients in the UK and cross culturally in Europe, Africa, Latin America & Asia. All of which has taught me how to help leaders make a real difference to their worlds.
